In my trials to be somewhat healthy I made oatmeal crepes! The recipe is super easy – think you already know my recipes are always easy ;-).
For three crepes you need:
♠ A banana
♠ 2 eggs
♠ Half a portion of oatmeal (+/- 15 gr)
Mix everything together and bake in some margarine/butter/oil.
I served it with fresh whipped cream and grapes, but there are endless possibilities! Honey, jam, fruit salad, peanut butter,…
If you eat one crepe in the morning, you’ll have energy ‘till noon (at least!).
