Delicious Mini Croissants

Perfect for a lazy Sunday morning.
Perfect for chocolate lovers.
And ready in no time!

This is what you need:
– One egg
– A basting brush
– Chocolate
– A puff pastry sheet

DSC03368First preheat the oven to 180°C (read what is written on the package to be sure :-) ). Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut it in eight triangles.

Now put a piece of chocolate on the pastry at the widest part of the triangle and roll it up like a croissant.

Close the ends of the croissants by pushing the pastry together with your fingers. Whisk the egg and put it on the croissants with the brush.

DSC03376Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes (again, read what is written on the package :-) ).

Your mini croissants are ready.
